rb5's Bootcamp in Nottingham is a fun and effective way of getting fit and a great way of introducing strength and conditioning into your workout to achieve awesome results. Our Nottingham bootcamp has 14 classes to choose from a week including boxing, bootcamp, strength, intervals and metabolic conditioning to name a few.

Unlike most Bootcamps in Nottingham, all of our workouts are planned and structured to reach the goals of our clients. We also maintain a strict 15 to 1 Client to Trainer ratio to ensure you don't get lost in the crowd and that you're getting the most from your valuable time spent in the gym.


With rb5 Personal Training's Bootcamp program, we guarantee you'll see results. Our Fitness Bootcamp program also includes a 1-on-1 consultation and nutritional coaching to ensure and guarantee you stay on target to fit into your jeans/dress or both.
